2. Nature of Service

Dynamic Outcomes provides currency timing intelligence based on proprietary cycle analysis. All forecasts, analyses, and commentary are opinions and should not be construed as financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitations to trade.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in US Dollars. You may cancel at any time. All plans include a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment. Refund requests after 60 days are at the discretion of the service provider.

4. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason within the first 60 days of your paid subscription, contact us and we will refund your subscription fees in full, no questions asked.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, forecasts, methodology descriptions, the TidalWave Timing Mechanism, CycleHedge, and associated materials are the intellectual property of Dynamic Forex Solutions LLC. Subscribers may not redistribute, resell, or share forecast content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dynamic Forex Solutions LLC accepts no liability for any financial losses resulting from the use of our forecasts, analysis, or any content provided through our services. Users are solely responsible for their own financial decisions.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide the service (name, email, billing details). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
